BeLive Technology partners with online retail giant ZALORA to launch revolutionary live commerce platform

 

In-app live stream platform Z-Live will allow customers to stream and shop simultaneously from ZALORA’s, illustrating a new era in online retail and interactive entertainment

SINGAPORE: Live streaming solutions provider BeLive Technology has today announced the launch of its new in-app live stream platform for ZALORA, Asia’s online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination. 

The new platform, Z-Live, allows for direct live shopping, real-time customer engagement and sentiment analysis among ZALORA’s millions of users across Southeast Asia. BeLive is the leading provider of live streaming solutions in Southeast Asia, weaving its capabilities into existing business models for e-commerce and other sectors, enhancing the online experience for millions of customers. The Z-Live platform enables ZALORA to interact with its customers in real-time. Through sentiment analysis, the retailer can create shopping personas to create a more targeted online commerce experience, tailored to their clients’ preferences. The feature harnesses positive, neutral and negative reactions by viewers, enabling ZALORA to discover the products people are in love with. In addition, Z-Live’s interactivity goes beyond traditional social media sites as it allows for direct payment simultaneous to the live stream.

Z-Live also enables direct engagement with the audience, opening up a two-way communication between shoppers and the brand. By providing a platform for real time interaction between users and ZALORA, brands have an opportunity to capture shoppers anytime, anywhere, and engage with them in a more meaningful way than ever before.

According to Euromonitor International, e-commerce experienced a 53 percent rise in Southeast Asia alone during 2020. In addition, research from the Trade Desk shows 180 million consumers stream eight billion hours of over-the-top (OTT) content per month across the region, proving the live streaming industry is booming.
